THE OWNERS

The owners, Ben & Evie Leland, are retired Home Builders and live on the beautiful island. They have 5 children and 13 Grandchildren. They both volunteer their time and talent at their local church, Maria Lanakila, on the board at The Mahana and on the board at the Kaanapali Hill Side. With Ben's history in home building, he continues to keep all the properties up to date and in good shape. Their living on the island allows Ben to attend to any accommodation needs during your stay.

Alicia is Ben and Evie's daughter, booking agent and property manager. Her main goal is You and to ensure your accommodations are beyond perfect. She will be with you at your inquiry through to your return home, making your booking process, check in and stay nothing but fabulous. Unit 114 is a fantastic location close to beach and amenities in a very well maintained Mahana complex. Definitely lived up to our expectations. As a first time visitor to Maui we were pleased to find everything as promised. A special thx to Alicia for your assistance and clear/informative communications.

We have stayed many places in Hawaii including several other nice places at the Mahana. This condo is the cleanest and best equipped of them all. The owners are very easy to work with and remain very attentive once you arrive. We would highly recommend unit 815.

We have stayed at the Mahana several times. Unit 815 is the most well equipped and well furnished. You couldn't be much closer to the water short of being on a boat. The Mahana is within access of the busy part of Kaanapali Beach, but far enough away to allow for a peaceful stay. The unit is within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, various shops and a local famer's market. Alicia was very responsive to our requests, but with this unit we had little need to take advantage.

We are regulars of the Mahana, and unit 717 was magnificent! It is evident the owners take great pride in the property, and booking through Alicia of Maui Beach Condos was a wonderful experience! We have been visiting the Islands every year for over 30 years, usually including most of our time on Maui, and we have never experienced a property that compares to the Mahana. Make it most rewarding by staying in unit 717, and booking with Alicia! Aloha best describes the feeling you'll enjoy!

I was very impressed with the unit. It was just two of is during our stay but would be great for kids as well. The moment you walk in you are greeted with the most gorgeous view. The unit has all the amenities you could ask for, and it's on the first floor which I love. You can easily walk out to the beach, pool etc in just a few steps. Overall, the unit is nicely updated and the bed and couches are very comfortable. The location is very convenient and only a quick walk from the fish market which has the best fish tacos and calamari ever! Also, Alicia the unit manager is lovely, understanding and helpful. Our stay was magical and we will be back again.

We arrived late November and stayed in 815 for two weeks. Last year we had tried another location other than the Mahana and were very disappointed. That condo building was super crowded, loud, and located in an area that wasn't very close to any shopping. After deciding to return to the Mahana, we decided to give 815 a try after reading all the great reviews. Alicia was so helpful, answering all our questions. Mahana 815 has a fantastic view, everything you might need to prepare meals, and is perfectly located for shopping. The master king bed was very comfortable, and having a second bath was perfect. I think we have found our Maui vacation home for some time to come.
